At Moon Roast, we take pride in the quality of our coffee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. However, your satisfaction matters to us – if there is an issue we will make it right. We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order is damaged
  • There is a quality issue with the product

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

Non-Returnable items

  • Opened coffee bags (unless
    faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless
    damaged or incorrect)
  • Incorrect ordering from our
    website
  • Change of mind

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping issues

Moon Roast is not responsible for delays
caused by shipping carriers, but we’ll always do our best to assist if something goes wrong.
