What happens to our test batches?

When we receive new coffees, the first step is to prototype a roast profile. This allows us to evaluate how best to bring out the coffee’s unique characteristics.

We’re constantly testing, refining, and experimenting. Dialling in new profiles, adjusting roasts, and building blends. Not every batch lands exactly where we want it, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t good.
