This unique multi-award winning chai is made from a traditional blend of therapeutic and warming spices that bottles the vibrancy and the true exotic taste of India. Infused with a blend of cardamom, ginger, star anise, nutmeg, cloves, all spice, vanilla pods, mixed spice, fennel seed and cinnamon with, of course, a little un-refined sugar to help lift and bring the spices to life. Simply add 25-30ml approx. 1- 2 tablespoons of the syrup into a milk of your choice and heat through.
Chai is a wonderfully warming alternative to coffee or, for the best 'Dirty Chai', (add a shot of espresso!)
