This rather special Dark Hot Chocolate is a favourite with customers, 71% Ecuador flakes perfect if you prefer less sweetness in your mug.

A 250 gram pouch will happily serve 7 x 10oz Mugs. 1kg bag serves x30 10oz mugs.

Recipe:
33 grams of Flaked Hot Chocolate
200ml (7oz) cold milk

Method:
1. Place Flakes into pan and add cold milk/oat milk
2. Warm on a med-low heat and stir occasionally
3. When the mixture is about 70°C, remove from heat and decant into your favourite mug.

This is a dairy free chocolate, but milk is used in the premises in the production of other products.

Ingredients: For allergens see ingredients in BOLD. Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter. Flavouring: Natural Vanilla, Cocoa Solids 71% minimum. May contain traces of MILK and SOYA.
