How to Qualify
Must use the QR code on leaflet provided.
Grinder Use & Ownership
The grinder remains the property of Moon Roast at all times.
Moon Roast will install and dial in the grinder.
Grinder must not be sold, moved, modified, or transferred.
Liability & Damage
The customer is responsible for the grinder while in their possession.
In the event of misuse, Moon Roast reserves the right to remove the grinder and any damages will be charged to the customer.
Complimentary Coffee
Volume of complimentary coffee is based on weekly volumes.
Up to 3 kg of coffee is supplied during the Grinder trial. Long-term supply commitment, based on your weekly usage, up to 12kg of coffee will be credited to your account after a months data.

Our delivery prices are based on weight, however all orders over £30 spend on coffee are eligible for free delivery.
Your orders are sent out with Royal Mail 48 up to 2kg. Orders over this will be delivered by Parcelforce next working day service.
Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched same day. Any orders placed after this time are not guaranteed to be dispatched same day.

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, we may require up to two weeks (14 calendar days) to locate the parcel, submit courier claims, and arrange resolution or replacement. We appreciate your patience during this process.
