We are proud to offer you our first Explore Blend, showcasing the unique qualities of Tanzania and Panama coffees. This harmonious blend combines the bright acidity and fruity complexity of Tanzanian beans with the smooth, balanced, and vibrant flavours of Panamanian coffee. It is perfect for filter brewing, delivering a clean cup with intricate layers of flavour.

/ Tanzania Iyenga Co op | washed | 1600 masl | mixed varietals

Grown by a cooperative of 292 smallholders at altitudes of 1,600 to 1,671 metres, the Iyenga coffee is fully washed and sun-dried. Supported by Taylor Winch (Tanzania), the cooperative has improved its processing facilities, enhancing the quality of its coffee. This award-winning lot showcases complex, fruit-forward flavours with a bright, lively acidity.

/ Panama Finca Hartmann | Natural | 1250-1600 masl | Pacamara

Produced by the Hartmann family at elevations between 1,250 and 1,600 metres, this coffee is naturally processed and shade-grown beneath native rainforest trees. The Hartmann family prioritises conservation and sustainability, carefully tending to the land without cutting trees. Their coffee offers a balanced, vibrant cup with tropical fruit sweetness and delicate floral notes.
