This harmonious blend combines the bright acidity and fruity complexity of Tanzanian beans with the smooth, balanced, and vibrant flavours of Panamanian coffee. It is perfect for filter brewing, delivering a clean cup with intricate layers of flavour.

/ Tanzania Iyenga Co op | washed | 1600 masl | mixed varietals

Grown by a cooperative of 292 smallholders at altitudes of 1,600 to 1,671 metres, the Iyenga coffee is fully washed and sun-dried. Supported by Taylor Winch (Tanzania), the cooperative has improved its processing facilities, enhancing the quality of its coffee. This award-winning lot showcases complex, fruit-forward flavours with a bright, lively acidity.

/ Panama Finca Hartmann | Natural | 1250-1600 masl | Pacamara

Produced by the Hartmann family at elevations between 1,250 and 1,600 metres, this coffee is naturally processed and shade-grown beneath native rainforest trees. The Hartmann family prioritises conservation and sustainability, carefully tending to the land without cutting trees. Their coffee offers a balanced, vibrant cup with tropical fruit sweetness and delicate floral notes.
