A really clever piece of kit, invented in 2005 by now AeroPress president Alan Adler, which uses gentle pressure (your hand) to push the hot water through a filter containing the coffee grounds to give an espresso style smooth rich flavour without the bitterness. A very simply entry level coffee maker which we certainly recommend here and works well with pretty much all of our coffees. It can be used in the traditional way or inverted (with practice!). The first pack of 350 filters is included and we sell replacements.
