About the Coffee:
This coffee is grown by Mustefa Abakeno, a smallholder farmer in the Agaro region of Jimma, Western Ethiopia. At 2,000–2,100 meters above sea level, the high altitude and heirloom varietals create a vibrant, complex cup. Mustefa is known for his innovative processing at the Beshasha wet mill, producing outstanding washed coffees.
Why We Love It:
Beshasha G2 is a beautifully balanced coffee that highlights the floral and fruity characteristics Ethiopia is famous for, all wrapped up with a sweet, tea-like finish. Perfect for those who love a bright, clean cup.
Brewing Tip:
To bring out its best, we recommend brewing with a pour-over method, but it’s equally delightful as a filter or aeropress coffee.
