This coffee comes from Finca El Matazano, a small family-run farm in the Sierra de Montecillos region of Honduras. Cared for by the Castillo family, the farm combines tradition, community, and sustainable practices to produce coffees with real character.
Although processed as an anaerobic natural, this coffee is beautifully clean and balanced, with surprising depth and clarity in the cup.
