From the remote hills of Yunnan, China Kaku is a coffee that’s quietly impressive - bright, clean and full of character. Grown at high altitude and carefully processed by smallholder producers, this washed lot shows just how far Chinese specialty coffee has come.

In the cup, it’s vibrant and refreshing, with a soft citrus lift and crisp, green apple acidity, rounded out by a chocolate-y sweetness that lingers.
